Hospitality & food service
Multi-site operators where downtime quite literally costs lunch.
About
BestAimers is a managed IT partner for organisations that have outgrown "the IT guy" but don't want to inherit the cold formality of a big provider. Small enough to know our clients by name. Careful enough to be trusted with their systems.
Why we exist
On one end of the market sit the freelancers — affordable, friendly, but with no SLA, no documentation, and a phone that sometimes doesn't pick up. On the other end sit the large MSPs — formal, expensive, contract-heavy, and curiously hard to actually talk to.
We wanted to build the partner we ourselves wanted to hire when we worked in operations: small, calm, written down, easy to leave, and surprisingly affordable.
The story
BestAimers started inside a single business, looking after its own platforms with care. Word travelled. Other founders called. A managed IT studio quietly took shape — built on the same engineering taste as the original team.
We operate platforms across multiple sites for a careful mix of clients — hospitality groups, manufacturing teams, logistics operators, professional services firms, and digital teams who simply prefer open foundations. The fleet is real production, not a lab.
We will never be a 200-engineer MSP. Growth here means deepening the practice — better runbooks, sharper incident response, tighter security baselines, and quieter Mondays for everyone we look after.
The people
A senior engineer leads every client engagement, with a small team of operators behind them. You'll learn their first names within a week and you'll keep speaking to the same humans for as long as we work together.
No tier-one queue. No anonymous "support agent." No turnover designed to keep relationships shallow.
Who we work with
Our clients tend to share a temperament more than an industry. They want their plumbing to work, their data to stay theirs, and a partner who picks up the phone. Typically that looks like:
Multi-site operators where downtime quite literally costs lunch.
Teams running ERP-adjacent systems that have to stay up.
Firms with sensitive client data and regulatory expectations.
Builders who prefer open foundations and respect for their stack.
"We measure a good year by how few of our clients we lost — and how rarely the rest had to think about us. Both numbers are usually close to zero. We like it that way."
